When you visit the details page of a name that you own, you will notice that at the bottom of the page an "Edit Records" button appears. You can connect your .kcc name to your KCC wallet address and add additional metadata like a profile picture (avatar) or social media links. Let's edit some records!

The text records have now become editable. You can decide to fill up as many as you'd like with the information you want to associate with the name. Or you can decide to leave them all not set.

The only record that is necessary for the name to function properly is the address. You can insert the address that the name will point to when used for receiving tokens or NFTs. We recommend setting it to your address that is currently the owner of the name, as that is necessary also for .

Please note that if you received the name as a gift or purchased it from another user you will have to update the address record manually to point to your address.

After you are done editing, you can save the changes by clicking the "Save Records" button at the bottom. This action will initiate a transaction to save the modified records on the blockchain.
